CA Paras Dawar is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a graduate in law from the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He is also an Honours Graduate in Commerce and holds Diploma in International Taxation.
He specializes in Direct tax, International tax and Insolvency law advisory, litigation and dispute resolution. He has successfully represented various domestic and international clients before tribunals and other revenue authorities.
He looks after the tax, advisory, litigation and business restructuring practice of the firm.
He is alumni of Ernst & Young (‘Big Four’ accounting firm), where he had actively provided tax compliance, advisory and litigation services on Direct Tax and Exchange Control matters to various domestic and international clients.
Besides advising top multinational clients, he is an avid author on tax and regulatory issues and is regularly called as a Guest Speaker in various seminars on Direct tax, International tax, Benami Law and Insolvency Law subjects.
